Simpler conversations about health
Booking me as a podcast Guest
I love to have honest conversations about health, without the hype.
So much of what we hear about wellbeing today is loud, fast, and unsustainably expensive. Not to mention rife with misinformation, inflated promises and overwhelming complexity.
I’m here to offer something different:
A calmer, simpler, more compassionate take on what it means to live well right in the middle of normal modern life, not in spite of it. From the perspective of a real health expert (not an influencer), with almost 20 years experience - and passion - for uncovering why it is so hard for so many of us to live well nowadays.
These are not conversations that add to our collective ‘To Do’, ‘To Buy’, ‘To Worry About’ or ‘To Feel Like We’re Failing At’ lists.
These are conversations to make listeners feel seen, heard, understood and normal in their struggles. And which will gentle show that there is another, quieter path to wellbeing. A doorway out of the hype, and into health that works, for life.
I’m a good fit for podcasts that:
Prioritise thoughtful, evidence-led, but emotionally intelligent conversation
Want to cut through the noise and talk honestly about modern wellbeing
Speak to health-conscious listeners who are tired of being told to “just try harder” or bombarded with more '“what to do’s”
Enjoy curious, grounded dialogue over clickbait and controversy
Would benefit from a kinder, slower, more sustainable approach to health thinking; particularly those supporting mothers, care-givers (including clinicians), people juggling it all in midlife, and busy professionals
Want to know what really works for wellbeing (spoiler; it really is the simple stuff, done consistently), but why simple doesn’t mean easy
Are open-minded to the ways in which our mindset can powerfully influence our health
